Service was EXTREMELY POOR. We are from Marysville. Enticed by the lowest tax rate in the state(8.5%), we went to Skagit Subaru through the Boeing VIP program to purchase a 2010 Outback at invoice cost. Why not save in taxes, right? The sales agent said that they could make a trade with another local dealer for the vehicle we wanted over the phone. Once there, however, the manager tried to force us into purchasing a vehicle on their lot with several upgrades we weren't interested in. He tried to tell us that the vehicle we wanted was not available at other local dealerships despite the internet documentation we had showing otherwise (We even came in with 3 choices). He refused to make a dealer trade and only wanted us to purchase a vehicle on his lot. So, we left and went straight to Marysville Roy Robinson Subaru. They made the dealer trade with Olympia Subaru without a hitch honoring the VIP program! Their figures were computer itemized with clear
