I have dealt with Mercedes, Audi and Volvo dealerships before and have never been treated this bad before. We were warned by two sets of friends that we should avoid going there by all means possible. We dropped off our car and had to wait four hours for them to not fix the problem and to tell us that they needed to order a part. We were shopping and waiting for a phone call, never got one. We had to call three times to get a hold of our guy in the service department, finally having to yell at them to get him. Then it took over a half hour to pick us up in the "courtesy" van. When we got back the agent was rude and quick with us. How is this place still in business? STAY AWAY.?
